Rich Fabec opened the show and he's
a real monster on guitar! I've enjoyed his playing for many years ever since seeing him in the band Wild Horses, and
he's continuing to play great with his power trio. He plays all with a thumb pick and is fast as greased lightning.
I got to meet him briefly during the changeover and he and all his guys are really nice folks. We really look forward
to seeing him again at the Hot August Festival last this year.
